Today is the 24th Birthday of our Angel

Hoy es el Cumpleaños 24 de nuestro Angel, de nuestro Héroe Owen Muller. Digo ES, porque Owen está con nosotros, porque vive en nuestros corazones, en nuestras almas, en nuestros pensamientos, y además en las personas que salvaron sus vidas gracias a él, a su generosidad de haber decidido DONAR sus órganos, como Nila Murillo-Argudo, mi adorada esposa, por ejemplo,  quien recibió el trasplante de su hígado que le permitió una nueva vida, un volver a nacer.

Owen querido, a quien alguna vez llamé “El Principito de Hoy”, a quien jamás podré agradecer lo suficiente, a quien jamás podría olvidar o dejar de amar, a quien brindamos los honores y reconocimientos que mereces, estás aquí, con Jane tu madre que te adora, con tu bella hermanita Joli, con tu adorable abuelita Dorothy, y con toda tu maravillosa familia; con tus amigos; con quienes tuvieron la dicha de conocerte personalmente y disfrutar de tu presencia alegre y jovial, generosa y solidaria, llena de amor y sinceridad.

Estás y estarás por siempre. Feliz Cumpleaños, niño bueno, hermoso Ser Humano. Hoy compartiremos contigo un delicioso Pastel de Zanahoria, tu preferido.

Today is the 24th Birthday of our Angel, of our Hero Owen Muller. I say IT IS, because Owen is with us, because he lives in our hearts, in our souls, in our thoughts, and also in the people who saved their lives thanks to him, to his generosity of having decided to DONATE his organs, like Nila Murillo-Argudo, my beloved wife, for example, who received a liver transplant that allowed him a new life, a rebirth.

Dear Owen, whom I once called "The Little Prince of Today," whom I can never thank enough, who I could never forget or stop loving, whom we give the honors and acknowledgments you deserve, you are here, with Jane your mother who loves you, with your beautiful little sister Joli, with your lovely grandma Dorothy, and with all your wonderful family; with your friends; with those who had the joy of knowing you personally and enjoying your cheerful and jovial presence, generous and supportive, full of love and sincerity.

You are and will be forever. Happy Birthday, good boy, beautiful Human Being. Today we will share with you a delicious Carrot Cake, your favorite.
